This is a Kwik-Way valve seat insert tool M-049 portable. You only need a hand drill to operate this machine. Pin & handle assembly, packing list, M instruction/ parts book. You can cut the valve seats out with this tool and install new valve seats. It is portable and that makes it good to move around. I have some cutters that I may list on here. This is good for tractors, motorcycles, automobiles, etc. This tool has had very little use.
