This kit is similar to the Neway Kit #KM-2650 — Except that the (2) larger single sided, 5 blade cutters #607 (30 degree) and #608 (45 degree) have been replaced with a #230 double sided (30 and 45 degree) 3 blade cuter with the same 31.8mm (1 1/4) diameter.
