I don’t know hardly anything about this tool other than I bought it under the belief that it is new three of the five blades still have their plastic on them so I’m guessing this may have been some kind of a return item or something anyway the two that have been unwrapped do not appear to be used. There are no scratches on them that I can see so I think the entire site is completely brand new.
