By continuously turning the cutter you are able to eliminate the stop and start finish associated with the standard “T” handle tooling. This “T” Handle design, only allows for a 1/3 rotation, before stopping to readjust hand position. This stopping action discontinues tool cutting and creates a higher chance of deflecting the pilot shaft. Provides continuous rotation of Neway Valve Seat Cutters. Center Hub (gray portion) is spring loaded to allow changes in pressure to the cutter during operation.
