Up for sale is a nice used Kwik-Way Valve Seat Cutter Set. The Set includes the (13) Cutter Heads and (19) Guide Rods shown in the pictures in what appears to be the original wood storage box. The set weighs aprox 24 Lbs and the guide rods have some minor surface rust. Everything appears to be in good working condition with some scratches, scrapes and wear from normal use and some spots of surface rust (see pictures). This is a Kwik-Way valve seat insert tool M-049 portable. You only need a hand drill to operate this machine. Pin & handle assembly, packing list, M instruction/ parts book. You can cut the valve seats out with this tool and install new valve seats. It is portable and that makes it good to move around. I have some cutters that I may list on here. This is good for tractors, motorcycles, automobiles, etc. This tool has had very little use.

This collection of automotive cylinder valve seat replacement, cutting, and insertion tools came from a camshaft operation that recently closed it’s doors and were used up to the very end, so everything is in excellent working condition. It’s a bit of a variety of tools, but it’s an impressive collection, which includes 10 cutting bodies, lots of pilots/guides, and a ton of accessories. Kwik-Way makes valve refacing machinery and equipment for doing automotive valve work. This set is used for doing valve seat replacement with the engine still in the car and to cut new valve seats. It’s called a pocket cutter set because y. Ou have to cut a pocket to insert the seat. This set cuts the pocket and has an insert driver. The green tool holds both the cutter and driver and. Is used for locating the reamer if you need to over size the valve guide. The pilots (guides) to the left of the green tool used for this setup come a base size of say 5/16 on the stem that is inserted in the valve hole. Then the sizes range up by.
